If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price with the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 15 days of the receipt of merchandise for an RMA number and shipping instructions.
• Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with instructions and inserts.
• Because we provide free shipping, we charge a re-stock fee for items returned within 30 days of delivery due to reasons other than shipping damage or defect. Items damaged due to improper use cannot be returned. Standard size items (those shipped via UPS or FedEx) will incur a 10% re-stock fee for return, and oversized Freight items will incur a 20% re-stock fee. Once your item has been returned to us, we will provide a full refund less the re-stock fee. Any shipping fees and/or costs are non-refundable
• No refunds or exchanges on special orders.

Items are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse and are packaged for protection during delivery, however damages can occur during transit. Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days to report any damages or arrange for a replacement. Keep all original packaging materials.
