Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Sales tax is ONLY charged for instate deliveries to
New York, which is calculated during the check-out process.
International orders are subject to taxes / duties in
the country in which items are delivered.
Q: When will I be charged for my order?
A: Credit card payments will be processed when your order
ships.

Q: How do I know your shopping cart is secure?
A: Moderndose uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket
Layer) software to encrypt your personal information
and credit card information.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Yes. To place an order over the phone, please call us

Q: How will my personal information be used?
A: Moderndose is here to provide you with furniture. Your
personal information will only be used to process and
ship your order. We will never sell your information
to any third parties.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Q: What does shipping cost?
A: Moderndose offers free curbside delivery on all items
shipping within the continental United States. Inside
delivery is an available option during checkout at an
additional $100 per item.
Please note: International orders are subject to additional
shipping charges based on the size and weight of the item
and the delivery location. For overseas shipping, please
contact us via email or call us at 1-877-665-6344 for an
international rate quote.
Q: Will the carrier bring my item(s) into my home?
A: Moderndose offers "Inside Delivery" as a shipping
option on all items. This option is available during checkout
at an additional cost. This service includes delivery inside
your house, apartment or place of business (including two
flights of stairs).
Q: When will I receive my purchase?
A: If the item(s) you wish to purchase are in stock, you
should receive them within one-two weeks, unless an expedited
shipping method has been established. However, Moderndose
offers a wide array of items, many of which are subject
to longer lead times and limited stock. We do our absolute
best ensure that the delivery times listed on each and
every product page are accurate and up-to-date. If you'd
like to place an order but would like to verify stock
and / or lead times, please feel free to call us toll

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that
damage occurs during transit. While cases are extremely
rare, it does happen once in a while. We request that
you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s)
shipped via common carrier i.e. FedEx or UPS, simply
refuse delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement.
For LTL deliveries i.e. Yellow Freight, Con-Way, Road-Runner,
etc., print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you
sign for the items and refuse delivery. After delivery
is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement
product. If product is accepted and damaged, you will
be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier.
For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask
that you send us photographs via email, so that we can
address and correct the situation.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: No, Moderndose ships within the US only.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: We are always happy to track your order for you. Please

POLICIES
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Some items can be returned without a restocking fee.
Other items require a restocking fee ranging from 10%-25%.
For specific information regarding return procedures
and restocking fees, please contact us. Items must be
unassembled and unused, in their original condition and
packaging, complete with all materials. All returns must
be post-marked within 7 days of delivery. Unless the
item has been damaged, you will be responsible for shipping
costs. Custom orders page are not returnable
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Because most of our items ship or go into production
within a few days, we can only accept cancellations within
72 hours from when your order was placed. If an item
has already shipped after this 72 hour period, you will
be responsible for paying shipping.
Q: Is my purchase protected by a warranty?
A: Each product is covered by the warranty offered by its
